RioPro from RioGrande

Use the RioGrande Upgrade developed by RDI Teledyne for enhanced performance and ease of use when measuring mobile discharge.

  • automatic cell resizing and sensor parametrisation
    + time-consuming settings are omitted by the user

  • lower blanking for measurements in shallow waters
    + greater range of application for the ADCP measurement

  • selective switch from the automatic mode to manual mode (optional)
    + Users can make the choice and possibly even intervene, should it be necessary

  • Bluetooth communication
    + improved handling during the measurement
    + wireless modem can be used in addition

  • integrated GPS for georeferencing

  • Integration of external GPS (e.g. Trimble) is possible via the RS232 interface
    + GPS data are available as of now
