In order be able to process a return quickly and economically, but we need complete and comprehensive information on the operation. Furthermore, as a certified company and pursuant to statutory obligations, we are required to protect our employees and the environment and to document the safety of all goods received.

Therefore, each time a device is returned, a Device Return Statement should be completed by the customer.

If several parts are sent back in one package, a separate Device Return Statement should be attached to each defective part. The completed declaration must be attached to the outer packaging of the return shipment in a clearly visible fashion. If any statements are missing or incomplete, we reserve the right to return the device, subject to a charge.
