As far as equipment is concerned, it mostly consists of portable runoff and water quality measurement systems as well as telemetric combined meteorological surface water stations which measure water quality and humidity / temperature and precipitation on an ongoing basis,and then store and transfer the data to the SEBA-DEMA Sdb Monitoring Database in the relevant ministries. Here is where the data for further decision-making processes are evaluated and forwarded to the various departments.
